We are sorry that you are having issues or forgot your password, it happens to the best of us. Dont worry, we will try and get you back up and being able to login to Parish Buying in a few steps.

Step 1: Do you know your username?

To be able to reset your password you will need to know your username. If you do not know your username use the form below, type in the email address that your account is registered with and your username will be emailed to you. Remember just to check your SPAM or Junk folders in case the email goes there. Once you have your username proceed to step 2.

If you do know your username please skip to step 2.

Please enter the email address associated with your User account. Your username will be emailed to the email address on file.

Step 2: Reset your password

We like to make sure that everything is secure and your privacy is guarded here at Parish Buying. So there is a simple but important step to reset your password.

  1. Fill out the form below with the email address that you registered your account with.
  2. An Email will be sent to you with a verification code and a link (which will fill out the verification code automatically).
  3. Copy the verification code just in case your need to paste it into the form. Then click on the link in the email.
  4. A page on the Parish Buying website will open, the verification code should be automatically entered in on the form. If not paste it in.
  5. You then just need to enter your username and click submit. If you don't know your username you probably skipped step 1.
  6. You will then be able to enter a new password for your account.

Please enter the email address for your account. A verification code will be sent to you. Once you have received the verification code, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
